changes made overall
Hello! Welcome to this blog. In this blog I will go over the overall changes made to our final production. Me and my group Finished editing our production using the app 'CapCut'. Throughout this usage the app was extremely easy to use. Almost everything went smoothly throughout this process. We realized that some of the clips were too long, and had to be cropped. Marlo implemented the titles into our final production, using a font that best fit the theme. As a whole, we also had royalty-free music over the production. We came to this agreement as we felt it added a better feel for audience. For the killing scene, this 'stab' part was cut out. We felt as if it looked better for the production. Not only did we crop media, but also added in a vital clip. When filming, me and my group forgot to film a clip of the car alarm going off. Instead, Natalia shot this on her own, and added it into the ongoing changes. We reconsidered refilming other shots, however we felt we would
Producing the film
Hello! Welcome back to another blog! Me and my peers all teamed up to work on a film together. These peers include me, Natalia Sorbo, Marlo Toomer, and Harley Hansen. Previously stated, we filmed on March 16th, 2023. Our setting included Natalia’s house as well as her pool. Me and my group plan to all have a Group FaceTime call, in which we will edit the film all together. Some of us will have separate rolls, while others may be part of separate editing. For example, one of us may work on sound and finding royalty free music. While someone else may work of adding in transitions. And another may work of editing clips to fit the time. Possibly even the last person cutting down of clips we don’t need or finding the best shot of the several we took. These roles are yet to be decided by me and my peers. We have several shots of different scenes so we may all work together to figure out which scenes are the best fit. Also, we plan to add in background noises. These include heavy breathing,
Creation factors
Welcome back! As stated previously, me and my group filmed on March 16, 2023 for our opening sequence. As a group, we all had different roles in the filming process. As I took place as an actor in the film, I am also the editor. I plan to put together all of the clips and create it as one. Adding in sound, transitions, titles, etc. With the help of my peers, this editing can get done sufficiently. My plan is to use the app ‘CapCut’ to edits the clips. I’ve used this app before in previous filming processes. Me and my group all agree that this app is the most fit for us and our opening sequence. I plan to add Royalty-free music to the beginning scenes. This is because the scenes are specifically calm and focused on scenery. Next I plan to add several transitions into the changing of scenes. For example, I may add a fade transition when jumping from the bed to the kitchen scene. I also plan to add in “eerie” background noises throughout the film. Lastly, I plan to add in the titles need
