   Hello! welcome back to another one of my blogs! Me and my group filmed on March 16th, 2023. During our process of filming, we obviously had to go off the storyboard. However, we ended up making slight changes to the storyboard. For example, for the car alarm scene we were not able to display the car itself. However, I will still incorporate the sound of the alarm. Also, in the storyboard we did not show the killer in the window when I was sleeping. We decided to add this into the filming process. Although, it was not in the storyboard originally, we realized this would be a perfect idea for the scene. To add on, at the end of the storyboard we had a cellphone that showed Eva on the other end. In the filming process, we did not have that. Instead, Simona walked Eva out, and then noticed the object in the pool. Me and my group realized we wouldn't have time for the character to come in and out. We also agreed we had enough build up. Overall, many changes were added to the filming

   Hey, how are you doing?! Welcome back to the next step in the production journey. As stated previously, me and my group filmed on march 16th, 20223. During the filming process, me and my group used many props that added to the film. Some majorly important props we used include fake blood, a knife, and headphones. However, the fake blood was extremely messy. It was a vital and extremely important factor into the film making. The knife used in the production was also a vital piece in the process. The knife was “used” as a way of the murder weapon. By applying the knife, it made the film more realistic. It also is used to give viewers a sense of scare or thrill. Although the headphones were only used in one scene, they played a major factor aswell. By incorporating the headphones, it showed my character’s inability to identify her surroundings. Again, adding into viewers sense of thrill. Essentially, I put the headphone into my ears and was distracted by the music playing. I danced aro

 Hello! Thankyou for returning to yet another blog. Me and my group filmed on march 16th, 2023. During this process, we encountered slight changes in our plan. For example, me and my group realized our timing in which we should film was way off. We originally planned to film night shots as well as daytime shots. This was tricky for us as we had to film our scenes out of order. However, we were able to communicate and improvise in order to satisfy our needs. I was the main actor in the film, playing the girl who just moved in (simona). During the filming process I had to bring several costumes in which fit my character for the film. These costumes included a bathing suit, casual clothes, and sleeping clothes. Throughout the different scenes, I changed my costume depending on the time taking place and the scenery in which we filmed. Marlo, my peer, played the other actor in the film.  Hello! Welcome back to yet another blog. This blog will mainly focus on the update and official plan set for filming. Me and my group decided to film on March 16th, 2023. The peers in my group include Marlo Toomer, Harley Hansen, Natalia Sorbo, and me. Originally, we had a plan set to film at Natalia’s vacation home. Unfortunately, due to a current issue that has risen, we had to change the setting in which we will film. We discussed this entirely as a group, and came to the conclusion that we will film at Natalia’s house. Me and my group communicated in what we should bring for the filming process. Harley will bring fake blood, a costume, and other props for her role in the film. Marlo will bring casual clothes, aswell as bathing suit atire for her role in the film. Natalia will most likely not need to bring anything, as it is her house we are filming at. I on the other hand, will bring bathing suit attire and casual clothing. All these items and props were communicated with my peers

 Hello! Welcome back to yet another blog. As stated previously, me and my group will work on a 2 minute opening scene together. My group consists of me, Natalia Sorbo, Harley Hansen, and Marlo Toomer. Our set plan date may change however it is March 16th. Throughout the filming process, me and my group will communicate efficiently to make filming go smoothly. While in the process of filming, we will test our ability’s that we’ve learned throughout this course. However, in order for things to go smoothly while filming, it is important to have a step by step plan prior. Me and my group plan to find royalty free music to apply to our first opening shots. Not only is this extremely necessary to our film, but also is taking the right precautions to avoid copyright. 10. A specific prop that me and my group came together as a whole for was the mask. A mask will be used on one of or characters. However, me and my group can not come to the conclusion of a specific mask. This may interfere as we

    Hello! Welcome back to yet another blog. Me and my group plan to film our opening sequence on Thursday, March 16th. We discussed as a group what our exact plan is. We plan to go home with Natalia. We will film our day shots in the afternoon, and our night shots after sunset. Some major props we are including include bathing suits, fake knife, costumes, fake blood, etc. Harley plans to bring a mask used in our opening sequence. We are all still deciding what mask should be used. I plan to be the actor of the lead role, Simona. Marlo will play the other lead actor, Eva. Both actors are set to be best friends. However, my character is moving into a new home, this is where we are going to bring thriller into play. As a group, we will illustrate a thriller/ slightly horror kind of opening sequence. 14. Most credits will photoshopped into the scene and many will be embedded into the background.  ◦ Working title: the title for this movie is likely to be “ Behind you ”  ◦ it will be in bold lettering:  ◦ Titles will fade in a scene and fade out  ◦ Titles will disappear within 2 to 3 seconds  ◦ The color scheme of the title cards will be white and black ◦ The card of the main title of the movie will be twice as large as the rest of the words

 Planning Blog It’s so nice of you to stop by! Planning is essential to creating the opening scene. My group and I are thinking that filming should take place at Natalia’s house. For the opening scene of our thriller, we felt her house would be best suited for our vision. Natalia’s house is the most convenient and logical. The ideal day we are attempting to complete filming is Friday March 17th after school. Our project will have scenes that take place during day and night so after school will be perfect. Filming after school allows us to have plenty of time to do our day and night scenes. Ideally, the plan is to go home with Natalia from school . This is so that none of us have to rely on other rides to make it to her house. We will take many safety precautions. Our film will contain a pool scene so health and safety precautions include our group being in possession of a life vest. We will also have a first aid kit on hand. Costume and props are a vital component to the opening scene.

-Scene one: no dnon-diegetic  sound, diegetic sound -Scene two: car alarm going off, increasingly gets louder. Simona shuts car alarm off. Simona places keys on the counter. Car alarm goes off again. Simona gets up to shut off car alarm again. Keys hit the counter. -Scene three: simona eats a piece of toast, playing music in her ears. Music drowns out, heavy breathing noises is introduced. -scene four: simona is on the phone with her friend. “Hey how are you doing, yeah the house is great. I’m kinda just paranoid you know, it’s been a while since I’ve lived on my own.” Other character: “yeah girl, I would love too, I’ll come by tomorrow to check it out and give you company.” Simona: “yeah, I would love that, it feels as if I’m not alone.. but like I said, probably paranoid” simona hangs up the phone. -scene five: noises of    boxes being moved, sweeping sound.
